Waking up everyday to the sun shining in my window, getting breakfast in Benji’s mouth as fast as I can, stuffing him in a stroller and heading off to the splash pad. That, my friends, is what I call heaven. I’m easy to please right?
Monday morning we were running around the splash pad dripping with sweat. Tuesday morning we were hanging on to the sides of our homes, trying not to fly away Wizard of Oz style.
Though the 50 mph wind and tornado warnings of the day make me slightly wary, today I post in honor of beautiful yellow and green prairie plains.

We kicked off Memorial Day weekend right with a CD release concert from Jessie Veeder at Outlaws. Once again, I had a great time mingling with Watford City old-timers, getting a taste of small town fun.
